A head-on collision tore the front bumper, snapped the licence plate holder, and gouged paint across the front quarter. We straightened the panels, blended the colour in our dust-free booth, and reinstalled the plate with new mounting hardware. The owner picked up a Subaru that looks straight off the dealership lot.

Got a question before you get in touch? Here are the things our customers most often want to know.

Do I have to use the repairer my insurance company suggests?

No. You always have the right to choose your own repairer in New Zealand. Your insurer may suggest one, but the final choice is yours. We deal directly with all major insurers, so the process is just as easy with us.

How much will my repair cost?

Costs depend on the damage, but we make pricing simple. Request a free time estimate online and we'll come back to you within the day. If you're insured, your insurer pays the repair cost (less your excess), and we manage all the back-and-forth with them on your behalf.

How long will the repair take?

Most repairs are completed within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on parts availability and the extent of the damage. You'll get a clear time estimate before any work starts so you can plan around it.

Do you provide a courtesy car while my vehicle is being repaired?

Yes. We have 23 courtesy cars across our two Auckland branches, so you can stay on the road while we sort out your vehicle. Let us know when you book in and we'll arrange one for you.

Is your work guaranteed?

Absolutely. As Auckland's only I-CAR Gold Class repairer, our technicians are trained to manufacturer standards. All our repairs are backed by a lifetime workmanship guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.

Will the paint match the rest of my car?

Yes. We use computerised colour matching and high-grade paint systems to make sure repaired panels blend seamlessly with the rest of your car. You won't be able to tell where the repair was.

Do I need to get multiple quotes before choosing a repairer?

No. Despite what some insurers suggest, you are not required to get multiple quotes. You can choose us directly and we'll handle the insurance claim from start to finish.
